About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven  Assistant Manager – MIS  to join our team in  Greater Noida . The ideal candidate should possess advanced expertise in  Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data visualization, reporting automation, and business analytics . This role will be responsible for developing management dashboards, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Business Analytics
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
Analyze business data and present meaningful insights to management.
Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
Generate management reports for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Power BI Dashboard Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.
Create advanced data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources including Excel, SQL databases, ERP systems, and APIs.
Optimize dashboard performance and improve user experience.
Provide real-time reporting solutions for management.

Advanced Excel & Automation

Develop advanced Excel-based MIS reports and business models.
Utilize:
Power Query
Power Pivot
Pivot Tables & Charts
Advanced Formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.)
VBA Macros & Automation
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Data Management & Process Improvement

Collect, validate, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Maintain data integrity and reporting standards.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Implement automated reporting solutions and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Management teams.
Understand reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards and reports.
Present business insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM (Preferred).
4–7 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.

Experience working in fast-paced retail, e-commerce, marketplace, manufacturing, or distribution environments will be an added advantage.
