Business Operation Lead

We at Coforge are hiring Business Operation Lead with the following skillset:
Drive alignment across multiple business units by standardizing metrics, dashboards, and reporting analytics
Champion the adoption of AI and automation across business and delivery operations
Establish and track organizational goals, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams
Manage leadership-level reporting, governance, and operational cadence
Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
Own and drive operational reviews, performance tracking, and governance meetings
Collaborate closely with senior leadership stakeholders for effective decision-making and execution
Lead operational optimization initiatives, including productivity improvement and cost efficiency programs
Develop leadership narratives, insights, and executive presentations
Required:
18–20 years of experience in IT services/consulting
Strong leadership experience in delivery or large programs
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
