- Role Overview
As an ERP Technical Content Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing the content ecosystem that supports ERP implementation, user adoption, and client success. You will be responsible for translating complex ERP functionalities into clear, structured, and user-friendly content, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and end users. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes combined with the ability to align content with evolving technology and product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop clear, structured, and comprehensive product manuals and documentation aligned with product features and functionalities
· Develop and maintain FAQs to address common user queries and improve customer experience
· Regularly update content to reflect new features, enhancements, and product upgrades , ensuring accuracy and relevance
· Design and deliver user-friendly tutorials, help articles, and knowledge base content to simplify product understanding for end users
· Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and IT teams to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements
· Support the creation of engaging learning materials , including video scripts and LMS-based content, to improve product adoption
· Review and refine existing documentation to ensure alignment with the latest product developments
· Incorporate user feedback and support insights to continuously enhance content quality, usability, and effectiveness
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduation (B.Com / BBA / BCA related fields preferred)
· Post Graduation is highly preferred (MBA or equivalent)
Required Skills
· Remarkable understanding of accounting and financial concepts
· Good communication and client handling skills
· Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak) and Hindi (Speak)
· Basic technical understanding and ability to work on ERP systems
· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
