Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Security Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC. The role requires deep expertise in access management, role design, governance, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in Semantic Objects and OData Services in S/4
HANA and Fiori environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems
Perform user administration, role assignments, and access provisioning
Lead role design and optimization for SAP S/4
HANA and Fiori applications
Configure and manage Semantic Objects and catalogs for Fiori launchpad
Secure and manage OData services and related authorizations
Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure authorization concepts
Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation using SAP GRC tools
Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks
Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues
Support system upgrades, migrations, and S/4
HANA transformations
Ensure adherence to SAP security best practices and governance standards
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Security
Strong knowledge of roles and authorization concepts
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA Security
Experience with Fiori security including catalogs, groups, and Semantic Objects
Proficiency in securing OData services and ICF nodes
Experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM)
Understanding of SU24, SU53, ST01, and other authorization tools
Knowledge of user lifecycle management and compliance practices
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP BTP security and cloud integrations
Knowledge of ABAP authorization objects
Exposure to Identity Access Management tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail and quality
