About Role
You're building what borrowers actually see and use — the app, the LOS journey, the self-service portal. Good UX paired with airtight implementation. You'll work directly with the designer and PMs, move fast, and own the quality of what ship
Responsibilitie
Build the borrower-facing lending app (mobile and/or web) — the primary interface from application to repayment
Implement the full LOS journey: application, KYC, sanction display, disbursal confirmation
Build the self-service portal — loan tracking, EMI schedule, repayment, foreclosure
Implement OTP, document upload, and eSign integration on the frontend
Make sure all mandatory RBI disclosures surface correctly — KFS before loan acceptance, grievance officer contact, NBFC details
Build the Times Lend website
Own frontend quality — cross-device compatibility, performance, pixel accuracy against Figma
Requirement
3–5 years of frontend or full-stack engineering; consumer app or fintech preferred
Strong in React Native or Flutter for mobile;
React.js for web
Have built multi-step onboarding flows in production — you know what breaks and how to prevent it
Can integrate APIs on the frontend and manage complex state without it becoming a mess
Design-literate — can implement Figma accurately and flag issues before they become rework
Care about mobile-first, accessibility, and performance — not as an afterthought
