We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic SEO Manager with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in driving organic growth across diverse industries and digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of modern SEO practices including Technical SEO, Semantic SEO, Programmatic SEO, Enterprise SEO, Local SEO, International SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search optimization strategies.
This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder-management, audit capabilities, and execution leadership. The candidate should have proven experience in leading SEO campaigns, creating growth strategies, delivering enterprise-level audits, supporting sales pitches, and managing cross-functional collaboration with content, development, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and website optimization strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Lead end-to-end organic search initiatives across multiple websites and business verticals.
Build scalable SEO frameworks for enterprise and high-growth brands.
Mentor junior SEO specialists, analysts, and content teams.
Stay updated with evolving search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and SERP changes.
Core SEO Responsibilities
1) Technical SEO
Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations.
Handle crawl optimization, indexation, rendering, log analysis, and site architecture improvements.
Optimize:
Core Web Vitals, Page speed, JS SEO, Mobile-first indexing, Structured data/schema, Canonicals, XML sitemaps, Robots.txt, Hreflang, Pagination, Redirect management, Work closely with development teams for technical implementation
2) On-Page SEO
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, heading structures, and semantic relevance.
Conduct keyword mapping and content gap analysis.
Improve topical authority and entity-based optimization.
Implement EEAT-focused optimization strategies.
3) Semantic SEO
Build semantic content structures using:
Topic clusters
Entity optimization
NLP-based keyword research
Search intent modeling
Knowledge graph optimization
Develop content frameworks aligned with modern AI search behavior.
4) Programmatic SEO
Design and execute scalable programmatic SEO strategies.
Work with datasets, dynamic page generation, templates, and automation frameworks.
Build large-scale landing page ecosystems targeting long-tail search demand.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for automation pipelines.
5) AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Optimize content for:
Featured snippets
Voice search, Conversational search
AI assistants
Zero-click searches
Implement structured data and FAQ optimization for answer engines.
Improve discoverability across AI-generated answer platforms.
6) GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Develop optimization strategies for AI-driven search ecosystems including generative search experiences.
Improve brand visibility within AI-generated responses and LLM-based discovery platforms.
Optimize content for:
Conversational retrieval
AI summaries
Citation-worthiness
Entity trust signals
Topical depth
Monitor AI search performance trends and emerging search technologies.
7) Off-Page SEO & Digital Authority
Lead high-quality link acquisition and digital PR initiatives.
Build authority strategies using outreach, partnerships, and content amplification.
Monitor backlink health and toxic link remediation.
8) SEO Audits & Reporting
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for enterprise and mid-sized businesses.
Prepare detailed audit reports with prioritization frameworks and growth projections.
Deliver competitor analysis, market research, and opportunity assessments.
Build KPI dashboards and performance reporting systems.
9) SEO Pitching & Client Strategy
Participate in pre-sales discussions and SEO proposal creation.
Create SEO roadmaps, growth forecasts, and pitch presentations.
Present SEO opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients.
Handle enterprise client consultations and strategic workshops.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Experience handling enterprise or agency-side SEO projects preferred.
Bonus Points
Experience in AI search optimization and LLM visibility.
Experience with automation tools and SEO scripting.
Public speaking, webinars, or SEO thought leadership.
Contributions to SEO communities, blogs, or conferences.
