Role: QA Engineer – Cloud IT Operations Platform (RMM)

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled QA Engineer who has experience of working on cloud-based IT Operations platform, which enables IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to monitor, manage, and secure Endpoints at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute Test Scenarios & Test Cases using X-Ray
Perform Smoke / Sanity / Regression / API Testing on RMM Platform
Validate workflows across RMM, Patch Management, Asset Management, and Security
Defect Management using JIRA
Attend Agile Scrum Ceremonies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of QA experience in Cloud/Web application testing
Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, REST APIs)
Good understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux platforms
Hands-on
Experience with RMM or IT Ops platforms
Good Networking knowledge
Solid Communication skills (as the person needs to interact with US based team)
Strong Analytical skills
Flexible to work in late-night Shifts (as per US hours)
