The brief
Damco Digital is our marketing services arm of Damco Solutions. We build performance marketing campaigns, content (short form and long form) and websites for clients — a lot of them US home-services brands (HVAC, roofing, solar, and the like).
You will own how Damco Digital itself gets marketed. You decide the strategy. You pick the channels. You decide what content gets made.
There is no playbook. We will not hand you a content calendar, a media plan, or a "here’s how we’ve always done it." You build it. We give you the autonomy; you bring the judgment. And you are accountable for the leads and the business.

What you’ll own
The Damco Digital marketing offering, end-to-end:
Positioning and messaging — what Damco Digital does, who it’s for, why us
Channel mix — paid, organic social, content, partnerships, outbound, events, anything else you can defend
Editorial calendar and creative roadmap
Pipeline targets — qualified leads and won business for Damco Digital

What success looks like
A distinct, credible Damco Digital presence in the home-services space
Measurable lift in interest from US home-services prospects
Qualified leads and signed business you can point to and say:  this came from things I built
A repeatable engine — not a one-time campaign — across the channels you’ve chosen

We’ll agree on the numbers together. After that, the number is yours.

What you’ll actually do
Get fluent in what Damco Digital actually delivers
Translate that into stories, ads, posts, videos, case studies, landing pages
Build the content engine — short-form video, long-form, founder content, channel takeovers, etc
Brief Content, Design, and Outbound on what you need
Report honestly on what worked, what didn’t, and what you’re trying next

Who you are
You’re genuinely into marketing — you watch ads, study creators, follow what’s working in performance creative, and most importantly, have a take on it.
You understand digital marketing services from the inside — because you’ve done the work, not because you’ve read about it.
You have a creative POV. You can spot a tired piece of work and a fresh one within seconds.
You’re willing to learn the US home-services world — even if it sounds unsexy. (HVAC and roofing brands buy a lot of marketing. The category is bigger than it looks from India.)
You move fast. You’d rather ship a B+ thing this week than a perfect thing next quarter.

What you bring
4+ years  in digital marketing — performance, creative, content, or a serious blend. Hands-on.
Proof of work  — campaigns you’ve run, accounts you’ve grown, creative you’ve shipped, numbers you’ve moved. Bring it.

Bonus
Agency experience serving US clients (especially home services or local-service verticals)
You’ve sold or pitched marketing services to clients before
