Associate Program Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support end-to-end planning and execution of hackathons under the guidance of a Program Manager
Assist in client communication, preparing updates, tracking action items, and coordinating followups
Help develop project plans, timelines, and task trackers to keep deliverables on schedule
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Outreach, Operations) to ensure smooth event execution
Monitor project risks and flag potential issues proactively with suggested mitigation approaches
Assist in budget tracking and ensure activities remain within scope
Maintain documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and post-event summaries
Support vendor and partner coordination for event-related services

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing (final sem) or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication, you can draft a crisp email and present confidently
Genuine interest in the developer/student community and the hackathon ecosystem
A problem-solving mindset, you don't wait for instructions when something needs fixing
Basic familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership, even as an intern

GOOD TO HAVE
Prior experience organizing college events, fests, or student club activities
Exposure to the startup or tech ecosystem
Basic understanding of what makes hackathons exciting for participants
