Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality Salesforce-based business solutions aligned with best practices
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and batch processes
Build and maintain Salesforce applications supporting Service Cloud and Customer/Community Cloud
Implement enhancements and new features based on evolving business requirements
Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
Configure Salesforce features such as flows, approvals, and automation processes
Perform data migration using Salesforce Data Loader
Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues in production environments
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Research and implement Salesforce integrations and prototype new solutions
Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance standards are maintained
Participate in Agile/project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Document technical designs, best practices, and operational procedures
