Position Summary:
This position will have direct responsibility, as a PPM representative, for the day- to
-day program management of strategic programs. Ensuring operational excellence through the identification, prioritization, and implementation of projects/programs that meets strategic, tactical, market, and customer demands. Identifies and resolves project interdependencies, overlaps and integration concerns across the portfolio. Drive change management and manage changes including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
A Unit Manager, TRC Support role provides functional and technical support for TRC (Tax Reporting Cloud) environments and end users, supporting both GAAP and STAT reporting across multiple regions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring stability, accuracy, and continuity of TRC operations by supporting administrative functions, data integrations, and issue resolution.
The role requires close collaboration with tax stakeholders, GAAP Consolidation Tax teams, and IT partners to troubleshoot issues, support data flows, and contribute to project and enhancement activities. The Manager is expected to operate in a complex, multi-region environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and control.
Job description:
Prepare Management reports and executive dashboards providing clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Manage multiple stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Schedule, host, document, and publish meeting minutes within stipulated timelines, ensuring action items are tracked to closure
Drive operational excellence by standardization of processes, templates, and reporting to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and enhance delivery predictability
Identify process gaps and recommend automation or tooling enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
Embed a culture of control discipline, quality assurance, and operational risk awareness within project teams
Ensure project outcomes are aligned with business objectives, strategic priorities, and value realization goals
Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support decision-making and prioritization
Contribute to best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge management to strengthen organizational maturity
Education:
Graduates or post-graduates with strong communication skills
Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience with 2+ years of relevant experience of Program & Project Management, data integration and data flow management
Hands-on experience working with Oracle, TRC, and Alteryx environments, particularly in the context of enterprise data flows and integrations
Knowledge and
Skills:
Strong data integration and data flow management skills
Experience with metadata mapping and configuration
Working knowledge of tax provision data structures, including current and deferred tax concepts
Technical exposure to Oracle and/or Alteryx platforms (preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues in a multi-region, multi-GAAP environment
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with tax teams and IT stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Project Management Concepts
Good understanding of MS-Office, Power BI & AI tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership/stakeholders
Experience managing/working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse working groups with strong intra-team management and coaching skills
Other Requirements:
Should be proficient in AI tools, Excel & Power Point
Project management certifications are preferred
US Tax knowledge will be an added benefit (preferred)
