Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Role

We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer who can combine performance marketing expertise with operational ownership to drive scalable pipeline growth for a fast-growing SaaS business. This role goes beyond campaign execution: it requires someone who can think strategically about acquisition, funnel optimization, CRM operations, partner-led growth, and marketing efficiency across the board.

As a Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Operations), you will own and optimize the end-to-end demand generation engine across paid channels, marketing automation systems, analytics, and ecosystem partnerships. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, product, and external stakeholders to improve lead quality, conversion rates, reporting accuracy, and overall revenue contribution from marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, Meta, You Tube, and other relevant acquisition channels
Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
Lead A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, and conversion flows
Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and dev teams to improve campaign performance and product GTMs
Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels, targeting strategies, and growth opportunities
Build attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness across the funnel
Support operational planning for PR campaigns, events, and other new growth experiments

CRM, Marketing Automation & Analytics

Own marketing operations across CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot and Salesforce
Ensure lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and CRM hygiene are maintained effectively
Analyze campaign, funnel, and customer data to derive actionable insights for growth and optimization
Build dashboards and reporting structures for marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders
Improve data accuracy, campaign tracking, attribution setup, and reporting consistency across systems
Work closely with sales teams to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion efficiency and pipeline visibility
Introduce AI-driven workflows and automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reporting, research, and execution speed

Growth Partnerships & Ecosystem Operations

Drive outreach and relationship-building initiatives with ecosystem partners, agencies, affiliates, and technology platforms
Identify strategic integration and co-marketing opportunities that can contribute to lead generation and brand visibility
Coordinate webinars, joint campaigns, marketplace collaborations, and ecosystem growth initiatives
Manage partner pipelines, communication workflows, and reporting processes
Support growth initiatives across referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and performance-driven collaborations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) is mandatory
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
Working knowledge of Hub Spot, Salesforce, GA4, and marketing attribution systems
Experience in managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns and performance budgets
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization, workflow automation, reporting, research, and operational efficiency is highly preferred
