Experience

(In Years)3+ experience Years with Nexthink and User Performance monitoring

Technical Skills

Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft tools.
Understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on desktop performance.
Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.

Other Critical requirements

Proven Functional experience in resolving a break fix scenario.

Software distribution

Experience with scripting languages
