Working closely with EXL's global Bid & Solutioning community, the Senior Manager will lead process improvements and maximize the value delivered by Responsive, empowering sales and proposal teams across RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and buyer questions.
Responsibilities:
Own the High spot and Responsive platforms end to end, including governance, configuration, and performance.
Lead the Bid & Solutioning transformation, driving process improvements and platform alignment to enhance the end-to-end bid lifecycle.
Champion a Bid & Solutioning Community of Practice across EXL, bringing together Bid Managers and Subject Matter Experts to share knowledge, align on best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the bid and solutioning process
Drive adoption across the organisation through targeted engagement, communication, and enablement strategies.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business requirements, and translate them into platform improvements.
Troubleshoot platform issues, managing resolution through to completion in a timely manner.
Lead change management efforts for process and platform updates, ensuring teams are informed, prepared, and supported through transitions.
Design and deliver training programmes to upskill users and embed best practices.
Programs manage platform changes, from scoping through to implementation and post-launch review.
Develop and maintain platform roadmaps, ensuring EXL is leveraging the latest features and technology advancements.
Identifies opportunities for innovation, driving new ideas and improvements
Manage vendor relationships for both platforms, acting as the primary liaison for escalations, contract reviews, and product/roadmap discussions.
Collaborate with global technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Represent and promote Highspot and Responsive at EXL’s internal forums, championing their value across the business.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally Highspot, Responsive, or similar sales enablement or proposal management tools.
Experience in bid and solutioning processes, with an understanding of how technology and automation can transform the end-to-end bid lifecycle.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
Experience in change management, training delivery, and driving user adoption across large, distributed teams.
Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Commercially minded with the ability to develop strategic roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Highly organised with strong project and programme management skills and attention to detail. PMP certification is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
Applies critical thinking to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and deliver well-reasoned, data-driven solutions.
Proactively drives innovation and improvement, taking initiative without direction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PPT and BI tools
