Job Description & How to Apply Below
Noida | Work Mode: Work from Office |
Experience:
4+ Years
The Content & Social Media Manager owns end-to-end content execution across two SaaS brands — Proso.ai (including askproso.ai ) and Workwall (including workkudos.ai ). The role is equal parts creator, analyst, and brand custodian: producing 25+ content pieces per week, tracking organic performance, and continuously improving output quality based on data.
This is a high-output, AI-assisted role. Proficiency with AI writing tools is expected and encouraged — but every piece of content must be human-edited, on-brand, and backed by a keyword or distribution rationale. The person is accountable for weekly output targets, monthly traffic growth, and the quality of all published content across both brands.
Content Creation & Publishing
Write, edit, and publish 3 SEO-optimised long-form blog posts per week (2 for Proso.ai , 1 for Workwall) — minimum 600 words, each targeting a keyword from the approved keyword tracker
Create and schedule 5 Linked In posts per week across both brands (3 Proso.ai , 2 Workwall), each with a visual asset
Post 8 Twitter/X updates per week across both brands, using relevant hashtags and engaging formats
Design 5 brand-kit creatives per week for use across all platforms
Produce 2 You Tube Shorts (≤30 seconds each) per week — one per brand — with captions and a strong 3-second hook
Produce 2 tutorial/explainer videos (3–5 minutes each) per week covering product features for askproso.ai and Workwall
Content Calendar & Planning
Maintain a live content calendar updated daily, with at least 5 days of planned content always visible ahead
Plan content themes weekly, aligning blog topics, social posts, and videos to the keyword tracker
Batch-script video content on Mondays and Wednesdays; batch-record on Thursdays or Fridays
Repurpose each blog into at least one Linked In post, one Twitter/X thread, and one short-video script
SEO & Keyword Management
Update keyword position tracking weekly using Google Search Console — checking rankings for all target keywords across both brands
Assign one target keyword to every blog post before writing begins; no blog to be published without a keyword rationale
Monitor and report on keywords entering or exiting the Top 10 and Top 20 each month
Identify new keyword opportunities and add them to the tracker for approval
Analytics & Reporting
Pull Google Analytics data every Monday: organic sessions, top-performing pages, average time on page, traffic sources — and log into the GA Dashboard tracker
Pull Linked In analytics weekly: post impressions, engagement rate, follower growth — log in the performance tracker
Pull You Tube Studio analytics weekly: views, watch time, subscriber growth
Compile a monthly performance summary covering all KPIs vs. targets across both brands
Flag underperforming content proactively and propose corrective actions
Engagement & Community
Respond to all comments on published posts within 24 hours
Engage meaningfully on Linked In daily (minimum 5 comments or interactions per day)
Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations across Twitter/X
Requirements
Must Have
3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing
Strong written English — ability to write clearly, concisely, and on-brand for a B2B SaaS audience
Hands-on experience publishing content on Linked In and Twitter/X for a brand or business page
Basic working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta titles/descriptions
Comfort using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) as a drafting aid — with human editing on all final output
Ability to create basic visual content using Canva or equivalent
Ability to record and produce simple screen-capture or talking-head videos using Loom or a phone
Organised, self-managed, and comfortable with daily reporting and accountability structures
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Familiarity with Linked In Analytics, Twitter Analytics, or You Tube Studio
Experience using Ahrefs, Semrush, or any keyword tracking tool
Prior experience managing content for a SaaS, HR tech, or productivity tool brand
Video editing skills (Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Understanding of employee recognition, HR tech, or AI productivity markets
