About the Role
Looking for a passionate and detail-orien ted SAP Signavio Consul tant to support Business Process Management (BPM), process discovery, process modeling, and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and a strong understanding of business process analysis, documentation, governance, and transformation programs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and transformation teams to document, analyze, improve, and govern enterprise business process.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and maintain business process models u sing SAP Signavio.
Conduct process discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
Create BPMN 2.0 compliant process maps, workflows, and process documentation.
Analyze current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives.
Maintain process repositories, process architecture, and governance standards within Signavio.
Support business transformation and process harmonization programs.
Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, process metrics, and performance indicators.
Perform process mining and process analysis using Signavio Process Intelligence.
Create process documentation, SOPs, business process manuals, and governance artifacts.
Support user training, adoption, and process governance activities.
Participate in workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process review sessions.
Mandatory Skills
2–4 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Consulting
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager.
Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling techniques.
Experience in:
Process Mapping
Process Documentation
Process Analysis
Process Governance
Business Process Improvement
Process Standardization
Ability to create As-Is and To-Be process models.
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
Experience conducting workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Knowledge of process lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abil ities.

Experience with :
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
SAP Signavio Journey Modeler
SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub
SAP Signavio Process Governance
Exposure to SAP S/4
HANA transformation projects.
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and operating models.
Experience working in consulting or transformation programs.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar process documentation tools.
