We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant (Vlocity) to drive CRM transformation, business process optimization, and digital modernization initiatives within the Telecom/Communications domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ , integrations, workflow automation, and Lead-to-Cash lifecycle optimization.
