About the Role
Proho is on its 1 to 10 journey, and we are looking for someone who can own our social media and digital marketing end to end.
We need someone who understands content, reels, trends, storytelling, and performance marketing. Someone who can turn real estate into content people actually want to watch, read, and share.

What You’ll Do

* Manage Proho’s social media across Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Facebook, and other platforms.

* Create content ideas around resale homes, buyers, sellers, brokers, market insights, and Proho’s services.

* Write hooks, captions, reels scripts, ad copy, and campaign content.

* Spot trends and turn them into relevant content for Proho.

* Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams.

* Support reels, self-shot content, and AI-generated videos.

* Run and monitor basic Meta and Google ad campaigns when required.

* Track performance and improve what is working.

What We’re Looking For

* 1 to 4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Linked In, You Tube Shorts, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

* Good writing skills in English and Hinglish.

* Ability to make real estate simple and interesting.

* Knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, ChatGPT, AI video tools, or similar tools.

* Comfortable being on camera is a strong plus.
