Now Via  is looking for a skilled Service Now Senior ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful Service Now solutions for enterprise clients.

4+ Years

&
-> Service Now ITOM modules:
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
-> MID Server configuration, patterns, probes, and sensors
-> Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
->

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
-> Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and governance

-> Design, develop, and implement Service Now ITOM solutions
-> Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
-> Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and other Service Now-supported protocols
-> Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance standards
-> Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve operational efficiency
-> Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure optimal performance

Service Now certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) will be an added advantage.
