Strong skills in keyword research and search intent analysis, with the ability to identify high-value opportunities, content gaps, and organic growth potential.
Proficiency in on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structures, image optimisation, schema basics, and content improvement.
⚙️ Understanding of basic technical SEO, including crawlability, indexability, page speed, mobile usability, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, and broken link checks.
Ability to perform website audits, identify SEO issues, review technical health, content gaps, on-page errors, and provide clear improvement suggestions.
Experience with link building, outreach strategies, citation building, competitor backlink analysis, and maintaining high-quality, ethical backlink profiles.
Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar to track and optimise performance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare website audit reports, SEO progress reports, ranking reports, traffic reports, and action plans.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with the ability to align SEO strategies with lead generation, campaign goals, and business objectives.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with content, paid media, development, and sales teams.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics, website structure, and CMS platforms such as Word Press is an advantage.
Prior experience in an agency or lead generation environment is a plus, along with willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated with SEO and AI search trends.
Requirements
⏳ 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals
Ability to perform website audits and prepare clear SEO audit reports
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
Basic knowledge of HTML, site structure, CMS platforms, and how search engines work
Good understanding of keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and content optimisation
Basic knowledge of ethical link building, outreach, citations, and backlink quality checks
Ability to prepare SEO reports and track rankings, traffic, clicks, impressions, conversions, and key website issues
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
