We are hiring a Sales Team Lead – Inbound SaaS to drive revenue outcomes and scale a high-performing inbound sales team at MyOperator .
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team of Business Consultants handling high-intent inbound leads , while actively contributing to deal strategy, closures, and pipeline health.
You will own monthly revenue (MRR) targets , drive conversion efficiency across the funnel, and build a culture of accountability, speed, and consistent performance.

What You’ll Own
1. Revenue & Funnel Ownership
Own and deliver monthly MRR and closure targets for the team
Drive conversion across funnel stages: Lead → Connect → Demo → Closure
Improve key metrics: connect rate, demo conversion, win rate, revenue per rep
Ensure fast TAT ( for inbound lead response
2. Team Leadership & Execution
Lead daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy discussions
Actively support reps in negotiation and closure of high-value deals
Monitor individual performance and drive accountability through data
Build a high-energy, target-driven team culture
3. Forecasting & CRM Excellence
Maintain accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
Ensure strong CRM hygiene (Zoho preferred) and pipeline visibility
Track and optimize lead distribution and follow-up discipline
4. Coaching & Capability Building
Conduct weekly role-plays, call reviews, and feedback sessions
Identify performance gaps and implement structured coaching plans
Partner with L&D to improve sales scripts, objection handling, and demos
Product & Sales Context
Category: AI-powered SaaS / Cloud Communication Platform
Includes:
Whats App API, Voice/IVR solutions, automation workflows
Sales involves solution selling, integrations, and API-based discussions (basic level)
Who Should Apply
4–8 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / SaaS Sales
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience with revenue ownership
Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets in inbound sales
Experience managing high-velocity sales cycles (≤ 15 days)
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot)
Comfortable with data, dashboards, and conversion metrics
Strong Plus
Experience in SaaS / Cloud Telephony / CPaaS / Communication Tech
Exposure to API-based or integration-led sales conversations
Experience scaling teams in a high-growth startup environment
Not a Fit
Candidates primarily from B2C, retail, insurance, or field sales backgrounds
Experience limited to account management without closure ownership
Exposure only to long enterprise sales cycles (3–6 months+)
Individual contributors without team leadership experience
