About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 5-6 years of strong hands-on experience to drive scalable and profitable growth through data-driven paid campaigns. You will own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across major platforms for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Programmatic, and other channels.
Manage full-funnel campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, and profitability.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and localisation for target markets.
Build and scale advanced campaign structures (Advantage+ Shopping, Performance Max, ASC, broad targeting, Demand Gen, etc.).
Set up and maintain robust tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, server-side tracking) and attribution models.
Analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities across markets.
Manage significant ad spend while delivering strong ROI.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and data teams to develop high-performing assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant advertising regulations and privacy laws.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Mentor junior team members and stay updated with platform algorithm changes.
Requirements
5-6 years of solid experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and consistently delivering strong ROAS.
Deep expertise in:
Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+, creative testing, broad targeting)
Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Demand Gen, You Tube)
Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
Experience working on full-funnel campaigns and creative testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new market dynamics.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or lead generation.
Exposure to international or multi-market campaigns.
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with programmatic or Tik Tok advertising.
