Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts professional who has worked extensively on the SAP FICO module as an end user and has been involved in its implementation or rollout . The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in finance and accounting processes along with exposure to SAP FICO implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process mapping, or system migration activities.

We are seeking an Accounts professional with strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and practical exposure to SAP FICO implementation or rollout projects .
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with finance and business teams to understand and document business requirements.
Participate in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
Support configuration and testing activities for SAP FICO modules.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue tracking and resolution.
Map finance business processes, including:
Record to Report (R2R)
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Order to Cash (O2C)
Fixed Asset Lifecycle
Collaborate with technical teams during data migration and system integration activities.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Required Skills
Finance & Accounting
Strong understanding of :
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Additional requirements:
Hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing activities.
SAP Skills
Extensive experience working on SAP FICO as an end user.
Exposure to SAP FICO implementation, rollout, or migration projects.
Experience in:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Process Mapping
Data Migration
Business Requirement Gathering
Functional Documentation
Additional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Finance is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation or rollout project.
Exposure to SAP S/4
HANA Finance is a plus.
Understanding of integration with banking systems, taxation, and other SAP modules is desirable.
