Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for P&C insurance systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
Drive execution across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems
Manage project scope, timelines, cost, risk, and quality
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing)
Proven track record in managing technical/software projects
Exposure to platforms like Guidewire / Duck Creek / Insurity / Majesco (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in managing distributed teams
