About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Development Coordinator to manage and coordinate large-scale website development, technical SEO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between development, SEO, content, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of web development, and a proactive ownership mindset. We are seeking someone with excellent common sense, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate website development projects, SEO implementations, and GEO initiatives from planning through execution.
Act as the primary point of contact between developers, SEO specialists, content teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical SEO recommendations.
Review development requirements and translate business objectives into actionable tasks.
Monitor website performance, technical SEO health, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
Support GEO initiatives by optimizing content structures and website architecture for AI-driven search experiences.
Conduct regular project status reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Identify issues proactively and drive timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation, implementation trackers, and process workflows.
Ensure quality assurance and validation of all development and SEO deployments.
Work cross-functionally to improve website performance, user experience, and organic visibility.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
7–10 years of experience in Development Coordination, Technical Project Management, Technical SEO, or Digital Operations.
Experience managing enterprise website projects and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of website development, CMS platforms, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Good knowledge of Technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and project management tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrates strong common sense, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in digital agencies, technology organizations, or enterprise digital environments.
Exposure to global website management projects is a plus.
