Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Description  The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work full time on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, collaborating with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to build intelligent features into Wormos’s web and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching, designing, and implementing machine learning models, optimizing algorithms for performance, and integrating AI components into production-level software. The role involves applying pattern recognition and neural network techniques to improve user experience, personalization, and automation in client-facing applications.

The engineer will also evaluate new AI frameworks and tools, document technical approaches, and contribute to best practices for scalable and maintainable AI systems.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.

Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world applications such as classification, prediction, and recommendation systems.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text analysis, conversational interfaces, and language models.
Proficiency with programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python or JavaScript) and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and translate business needs into AI solutions.
Experience deploying AI models into production environments and optimizing for scalability and performance is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and MLOps practices for model monitoring and continuous improvement is beneficial.
