Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow Linked In profiles of company leadership.
Create engaging posts, carousels, polls, and content ideas aligned with industry trends.
Research viral topics, trending formats, and content strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
Develop content calendars and maintain posting consistency.
Monitor competitors, founders, and industry leaders to identify new opportunities and content ideas.
Generate creative campaigns that support brand awareness and business generation.
Write compelling captions and optimize content for Linked In algorithms.
Engage with relevant communities, comments, and conversations to increase reach.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights, success stories, and updates for content creation.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and other content tools to improve productivity and creativity.

Required Skills
0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
Good understanding of Linked In and personal branding.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Ability to identify viral trends and convert them into engaging content.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and basic design tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
Self-driven, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Good to Have
Experience managing founder or leadership profiles.
Knowledge of AI, technology, startups, and B2B marketing.
Experience creating Linked In carousels and short-form content.
Basic video editing skills.
