Perform data validation, data annotation, and quality checks.
Analyze AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in training, testing, and optimizing AI models and processes.
Coordinate with technical and business teams to improve AI performance.

Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and automation.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when required.
Maintain records and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
