Key Responsibilities:

Drafting Legal Documents:
Prepare cases and applications with precision and clarity, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare brief notes for every case, providing all the details of the case and the file. Work closely with senior lawyers to prepare cases thoroughly and effectively.
Research:
Conduct legal research to support drafting tasks and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Client Management:
Manage communications with clients related to legal documentation, ensuring timely and effective updates.
Court Appearance:
Independently appear and argue before the Courts, providing clarity and simplifying the case for better and immediate understanding.

Requirements:
Law Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or higher.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and appearing before the Court. Prior work experience of working in a law firm or corporate legal department will be preferred.
Communication:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
