Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management / Procurement Executive with a technical background and at least one year of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor coordination, procurement planning, purchase execution, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate inward and outward entries in inventory records and systems.

Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining optimal inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and service teams for material availability and dispatch planning.

Handle documentation related to GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and stock registers.

Support periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and storage as per defined standards.

Assist in improving warehouse processes for better efficiency and traceability.

Requirements

MBA in  Operations ,  Supply Chain , or  International Business  (mandatory).

1-4 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management.

Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory tracking.

ERP or inventory software exposure is an added advantage.

Willingness to work on the shop-floor/warehouse environment.
