2. Maintenance costs:
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
3. Equipment repairs:
Fitting new parts, making repairs, and testing repairs
4. Maintenance planning:
Designing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
5. Equipment maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance, responding to equipment faults, and diagnosing problems
6. Knowledge of fault finding of PLC

- Expertise in Siemens PLCs, Drives,SCADA;
Project and Service Management - Industrial automation. Hands on programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLCs (S7-300/400/1200/1500).Designed & optimized ladder logic, function block diagrams, STL, SCL . Paint shop Maintenance Profile
-Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis , Equipment Maintenance , Pump , Blower and ASU
