Role Objective
To ensure every WTF Gym remains fully operational, safe, member-ready, and complaint-free by building a robust infrastructure, maintenance, technician, and vendor ecosystem.
This role is accountable for the complete lifecycle of gym infrastructure—from site acquisition support and new gym launches to preventive maintenance, breakdown management, facility audits, vendor performance, and asset management.
Success in this role means members never experience operational disruptions due to facility failures.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Location Facility Operations
Manage infrastructure operations across all WTF Gyms.
Ensure gyms remain operational 365 days a year.
Build systems to reduce facility-related member complaints.
Monitor gym health and infrastructure performance.
Preventive Maintenance Program
Create preventive maintenance calendars.
Schedule and monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and equipment maintenance.
Reduce recurring breakdowns through preventive planning.
MEP Management
Oversee Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, Fire Safety, Water Systems, and Civil Maintenance.
Ensure all MEP systems function efficiently.
Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments.
Projects & New Gym Openings
Lead gym fit-outs and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, signage, and vendor activities.
Ensure timely handover and launch readiness.
Vendor Ecosystem Development
Build and manage a city-wide vendor network.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs.
Develop vendor scorecards and performance reviews.
Maintain backup vendors for critical services.
Breakdown & Escalation Management
Handle emergency facility issues.
Build escalation matrices and response systems.
Ensure quick turnaround times for all critical issues.
Asset Management
Maintain asset registers for all locations.
Track asset health and replacement cycles.
Monitor maintenance costs and utilization.
Facility Audits & Compliance
Conduct facility inspections.
Build gym health scorecards.
Ensure operational and safety compliance.
Identify high-risk locations before failures occur.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and infrastructure trackers.
Present monthly reports to leadership.
Identify recurring issues and corrective actions.

First 90 Days Deliverables
Within 30 Days
Complete audit of all gym locations.
Create asset database.
Build vendor database.
Identify critical risk areas.
Within 60 Days
Launch preventive maintenance calendar.
Implement escalation matrix.
Define SLAs for all vendors.
Create gym infrastructure scorecard.
Within 90 Days
Establish technician network.
Implement vendor scorecard system.
Launch gym health score dashboard.
Reduce recurring maintenance issues by measurable percentage.

Required Experience
7–15+ years in Facility Operations, Infrastructure, Projects, MEP, or Maintenance.
Experience managing 20+ locations simultaneously.
Experience in Retail, Gym Chains, QSR, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Franchise Networks preferred.
Experience opening multiple locations from scratch.
