Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai       About Retail Credit       The Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes       About         the
Role       The Credit Manager-PL manages core underwriting for Personal Loans plus they will be managing team of underwriting and operation officers who manages different activities. Regular monitoring and grooming need to be done. SOP need to be prepared and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Approval Rates, basis the target will be reviewed for the year for the location - Approval rates for all the locations - for the full year.
Turnaround time (TAT) from Login to Sanction
- Login to Sanction for all products as confirmed.
Early Warning Signal
- Location wise FPD for term Loans
- Location-wise FPD % for Business Loan as confirmed.
Audit & Compliance, Basis Internal & Concurrent audit conducted & Report submitted.

- Based on Internal & Concurrent audit conducted & Report submitted
Training, Process improvement, Special assignment, support provided to Existing CPC,policy feedback, vendor management, participation in pilot runs/testing etc. Feedback from CO team & Zonal Credit Manager/National Credit Manager - Job enrichment & Training initiative, Support to new locations &products. Feedback from Head Credit - & Other stake holders will be the source.
Stakeholder management
Idea generation for new projects for process efficiency and cost saving.
Qualifications
Graduate / Post
- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred)
Experience in retail credit with team handling.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
