Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai/Hyderdabad/Ahemdabad/Banglore for a Order Management department. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, analyzing order trends for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Building strong client relationships and troubleshooting any order-related challenges will be a key part of the job.
Qualifications
Project Kickoff & Planning:
Define critical project milestones, establish base schedules, and ensure all specific client requirements are meticulously met.
Commercial & Technical Coordination:
Act as the single point of contact between clients, promoters, structural designers, and subcontractors.
Supply Chain Monitoring:
Track the end-to-end procurement, manufacturing, and timely delivery of steel structural components from our factory to the construction site.
Contract & Claim Management:
Expertly handle billing processes, ensure timely payment collections, and lead contract negotiations.
Site Monitoring:
Monitor ongoing site conditions and dynamically adjust production and forecasting to match actual construction progress. .
