Procurement Management:
Identify and source raw materials like steel, aluminum, and other sheet metals.
Procure fabrication tools, consumables, and spare parts.
Vendor Development and Management
Cost Optimization
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Conduct price bench-marking and ensure competitive pricing for all materials and services
