Eligibility & Emoluments:

1. Project Assistant:
Postgraduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks and preferably two years of work experience in the relevant field. This position offers INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, depending upon the suitability/experience of the candidate with regard to the proposed nature of the project.

Project Assistant:
Candidates with a strong knowledge of research and subject matter, excellent academic writing skills, an interest in travelling for surveying and data collection, experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, a social science background, and the ability to draft project reports and communicate publishable research papers will be preferred.

Important Information

1. The research project will be a great learning opportunity for candidates planning to pursue research or a Ph.D. in future.

2. The position is purely temporary and shall stand as terminated either upon the completion of the project or completion of the work, whichever is earlier. Selected candidates shall not have any claim/contention towards a regular/permanent position in the institute upon the successful completion of the project.

3. The Project Director/Selection Committee reserves the final right to limit the number of candidates invited for an interview based on their qualifications and experience. No communication shall be entertained in this regard to the candidates not shortlisted for the interview.

4. The Project Director/Selection Committee reserves the right to adjust the engagement period and the number of available positions as per the needs of the project work or as deemed to expedite the project work.

5. The selected candidate is required to join the position immediately.

6. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email to appear for the interview.

7. No other form of communication regarding this matter will be entertained. The project Director/selection committee reserves all the rights to cancel/differ the interview process, shortlisting, similar process or even the position without providing any reasons whatsoever.

8. All relevant documents must be presented in original at the time of joining.
