Job Purpose

To support R&D projects by executing experimental work, conducting wet-chemical analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute experimental work for ongoing R&D projects as per defined protocols
Perform wet-chemical analysis of in-house and external samples
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines
Record experimental data accurately in Excel sheets on a day-to-day basis
Prepare detailed technical reports in MS Word within assigned timelines
Assist in data analysis and interpretation under guidance of reporting manager
Coordinate effectively with R&D and QC teams for sample analysis and validation
Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards

Competency Profile

Must have completed full time degree in MSC in Inorganic/Metallurgy/Analytical/Physical Only
Basic understanding of Inorganic and Solution Chemistry
Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry (hands-on lab exposure preferred)
Strong documentation and data recording skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills
Planning and time management abilities
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
