Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage seasonal buy plans & inventory allocation

Analyze sales, stock, and margin to optimize assortment

Partner cross-functionally to align product strategy and store performance

Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities

Support new store launches and expansion planning

Ideal Candidate:

5–8 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or buying (preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry)

Highly analytical with strong Excel and planning tool expertise

Passion for consumer trends and retail strategy

Commercial thinker with attention to detail
