Experiential & Retail Activation Leadership:
10+ years of experience conceptualizing and executing large-scale on-ground mall activations, shop-in-shop displays, and in-store engagement programs for leading consumer brands.
FMCG & Consumer Brand Expertise:
Proven track record of working with top FMCG, lifestyle, and consumer brands, understanding their retail marketing objectives, shopper marketing strategies, and brand visibility requirements.
Vendor & Production Network:
Strong network of fabricators, printers, production houses, promoters, and mall management teams across major metro and tier-1 cities, enabling smooth execution of large retail campaigns.
Creative Solution Selling:
Ability to translate brand briefs into impactful retail experiences including interactive installations, gamified activations, retail displays, and shopper engagement formats that drive footfall and conversions.
Retail Ecosystem Understanding:
Deep knowledge of modern trade, general trade, malls, multiplexes, and in-store branding formats with strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail visibility.
Execution & Operations Expertise:
Strong understanding of production timelines, costing, vendor management, logistics, and on-ground execution ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Established relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, category managers, and retail decision-makers across FMCG and consumer sectors.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Consistent track record of acquiring new clients, expanding key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:
Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and expand presence in new retail and experiential marketing segments.
Location:
Based in Delhi or Mumbai, open to travel for client meetings, pitch presentations, and project execution across India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across new and existing clients in the experiential and retail marketing space.
- Identify new business opportunities with FMCG, consumer brands, retail chains, and malls.
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and proposal development for retail activation campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and procurement heads.
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver innovative experiential campaigns.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing sales professionals.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual business targets.
