Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Order Process & Returns Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the order processing and returns operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers in the fast-paced fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Manage and process online orders efficiently from receipt to dispatch.
Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation to minimize errors.
Returns Management:
Handle customer return requests and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Process returns and exchanges promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order statuses, returns, and exchanges via email and phone.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and inquiries.
Inventory Coordination:
Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and updated.
Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies related to returns.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions in the database.
Generate reports on order processing and returns metrics for management review.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, order processing, or customer service, preferably in the clothing/apparel/fashion industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ecommerce management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
