- We are seeking a dynamic P.D Merchandiser with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional displays and product placements.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of merchandising initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular audits of product displays to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising,Product development or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in merchandising or a related role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and merchandising software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative merchandising solutions.
Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior in the Noida/Ghaziabad market.
