About the Role:
We are hiring tele-counselors to guide students interested in MBBS abroad. This is a non-target, support-focused role with no sales pressure.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide information on MBBS abroad programs, eligibility & admission steps.
• Resolve student/parent queries with clarity.
• Maintain call records and update CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups.
Requirements:
• 12th pass/graduate preferred.
• Good communication in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in tele-calling/counseling preferred.
