Responsibilities
In this individual contributor role, you will
Assess the needs of the stakeholders and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes,
and indicators of success
Identify appropriate learning solutions using tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups,
and sampling techniques
Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that are appropriate to the learner profile
Create assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs
Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project
Reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external
At times, provide training to the support staff and Operation (if needed)
Provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if
needed.
Open to work in 24X7 environment (work from office)

Studies & Experience
Minimum of 12-14 years overall work experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience as a Behavioural/ Soft skills Trainer
Open to working from the office during evening shifts
Open to travel between Gurugram and the Noida location
Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level)
Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification
Data management skills
Open to travel between Gurugram and Noida locations
Graduate in any discipline
Desirable
Content development experience with international BPOs
Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/ Service Delivery
Experience in training delivery
Mandatory Knowledge
Oral and written comprehension.
Appropriate use of language.
GSuite /MS Office - Advanced
Needs analysis and impact assessment
Strong oral and written English language proficiency
