About the Role
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Trainers who can inspire, guide, and support our members in achieving their fitness goals. The role involves conducting workouts, creating personalized fitness plans, and ensuring a safe, motivating, and result-driven training environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Training & Support
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions as per gym schedule.
Create and update personalized workout programs for members.
Ensure members use correct techniques to prevent injuries.
Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting
Conduct fitness assessments for new and existing members.
Set realistic, achievable fitness goals with clients.
Track progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Member Engagement & Retention
Build rapport with members to maintain motivation and retention.
Provide dietary and lifestyle guidance (basic nutrition).
Encourage participation in gym events and challenges.
Safety & Equipment Management
Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely.
Monitor the gym floor to maintain discipline and cleanliness.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the front desk and sales team for PT packages.
Participate in trainer meetings, workshops, and skill development programs.

Requirements
Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, INFS, or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of practical training experience in gyms/fitness centers.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition basics.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
