About Us:

The Paddle Zone is one of India's leading sports facility management companies, bringing world-class Padel & Pickleball experiences to premium venues across the country. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Manager to oversee our facility at both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including court bookings, walk-ins, and overall venue upkeep.

• Supervise on-ground staff and ensure smooth customer experience.

• Coordinate with central management for reporting, reconciliation, and promotional activities.

• Oversee equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards at the venue.

• Support execution of tournaments, events, and community engagement programs.

• Handle customer queries and resolve on-ground issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in venue/facility management (sports, events, or hospitality preferred).Freshers can apply.

• Must be located close to both locations and willing to commute reliably to according to bookings.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of Pickleball & Padel is a plus.

• Sports background/interest is an added advantage.
