Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Freight Operations Manager – Ocean Export to manage end-to-end ocean export operations for a freight forwarding company. The candidate should have strong exposure to export shipment handling, freight operations, customer coordination, carrier management, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete ocean export operations for freight forwarding shipments

• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, CHA, and overseas agents

• Ensure timely shipment execution, booking confirmation, and documentation accuracy

• Manage customer escalations and provide operational solutions

• Coordinate closely with sales and finance teams for smooth shipment execution and billing

• Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and service providers

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in freight forwarding operations

• Strong knowledge of ocean export operations and shipment processes

• Experience in handling shipping lines, CHA coordination, and customer service

• Team handling and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry is mandatory
