Essential Duties & Responsibilities Taking client orders and receiving payment. Grind and brew coffee providing well-presented beverages. Develop expert knowledge of coffee and maintain consistency and attention to detail. Collaborate with all team members. Maintaining a clean and sanitized shop environment while following health and safety guidelines. Operate point of sale system and contribute to establishments sales. Punctual and maintaining consistent attendance.

Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak business hours. Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Respond well to instructions and helpful feedback. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines (understanding or willing to learn general operation and sanitizing) Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices regarding expiration dates and quality control.

Ability to work variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Preferred N/A Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
