Accountants One is partnering with a well-established and reputable organization in the Wholesale industry that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of accounting principles who thrives in a stable, supportive, and team‑oriented environment where consistency and accuracy are key.
Base pay range$30.00/yr - $38.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and strong vendor communication
- Perform monthly close activities, including preparing and recording journal entries
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial statement preparation
- Run and analyze budget vs. actual reports at month‑end, including pulling and reviewing system queries
- Support the accounting team with ad hoc reporting and routine projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Net Suite ERP is a plus
