We are seeking two Accounts Payable professionals to join our team, each filling a unique role. One position is for an Accounts Payable Clerk, suitable for candidates with solid foundational AP experience, while the other is a Senior Accounts Payable position with growth potential for those seeking to advance their careers. Both roles will be instrumental in managing our AP functions as we transition to the Vista software platform.

• Accounts Payable Clerk: 3 years of relevant experience required
• Senior Accounts Payable: A minimum of 3 years of experience in AP, with added responsibility in process improvements and leadership potential

Experience in HVAC is preferred but not required.

Experience with Vista software or willingness to learn is required.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• AP Clerk: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Senior AP:
  Up to $28.00 per hour
• Benefits:

• One position is a replacement
• The second position is newly created due to company growth
