Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience with accounting administration, invoice processing, or accounts payable and strong attention to detail.

• Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy
• Enter invoice and payment information into the accounting system
• Assist with accounts payable and payment processing
• Maintain accurate accounting and vendor records
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
• Perform data entry and general accounting administrative duties
• Assist with reconciliation and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Use accounting software, including Fishbowl and/or Quick Books
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information

• Approximately 2 years of experience in accounting administration, accounts payable, invoice processing, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain financial information
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with Quick Books, Fishbowl, or similar accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
